Q: HOW DO I BECOME A RESELLER?

A: Fill our the Reseller Form on our website. If we are seeking someone in your area, we will contact you to discuss your application.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?

A: Opening orders are minimum $500.

Q: WHAT ABOUT CUSTOM PRODUCTS?

A: Minimums for custom products depend on the product type and degree of customization. Typically, products from custom printed fabrics (dye sublimation) require from 150 pieces to 500 pieces. Turn around time is typically 8 weeks. NOTE: Custom orders require payment of a non-refundable 50% deposit.

Q: DO YOU DO EXCLUSIVES?

A: Not usually; but we have done so for customers of specific products who ordered sufficient volume.

Q: DO YOU PROTECT MARKETS?

A: Yes. It is decided on a case by case basis, by customer and product. When the customer fails to order sufficient volume (at Azarhia's discretion), the protection will be terminated.

Q: CAN YOU EMBELLISH YOUR PRODUCTS WITH MY ORGANIZATION'S LOGO?

A: As long as you have sufficient permission to use the "graphic device", we can probably put it on our products or integrate it into a design. Contact us, because the piece minimums can be surprisingly small.
