HOW TO ORDER
Orders can be made one of three ways.

- CALL or EMAIL your local Azarhia Representative or
- CALL the Azarhia Main Office at (830)320-7898
We collect the following information for each order.
- Company Name
- Contact Person's Full Legal Name
- Resale #
- Company Billing Address
- Company Shipping Address
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Contact Person's Name & Job/Company Title
All orders must include full pre-payment. We will accept half-down deposits on custom orders with the balance due in two weeks or before shipment - whichever occurs first.
We accept check, echeck or wire transfer. We also accept credit card with a fee reimbursement of 3.5% of the total purchase plus shipping & handling.
Credit will be extended to customers in good standing with over 1 year relationship. This is a case by case basis.
All approved accounts are Net 30 upon receipt of invoice. Late payments are subject to additional charges.
TAX EXEMPT TEXAS RESIDENTS
If your organizations is exempt from paying sales tax, you must include your signed exemption certificate with your order. Without this certificate, we are required by law to charge sales tax.
We will accept Purchase Orders from U.S. PUBLIC Colleges & Universities, High Schools, Jr. High Schools, or Elementary Schools. All Purchase Orders must be signed by an authorized official.
If you are not set up on a Purchase Order system you must complete a credit application and submit a Letter of Guarantee.
- The letter must state that they school is accepting responsibility of payment for the order to Azarhia LLC with the total amount including shipping & handling listed.
- The Pricipal must sign the letter.
- It must be on official school stationary with the complete school address, phone, email and contact.
We must have a signed Purchase Order or prepayment in hand before we are able to begin processing your order. Manufacturing will begin on the date we receive payment, verified Purchase Order, or Letter of Guarantee.
PLEASE NOTE: PRODUCTION WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL THE COMPLETE ORDER, SIZING, STYLE, DESIGN AND PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.
We reserve the right to hold all orders paid with check until cleared by our bank. This can take up to 10 business days.
We do not accept multiple checks from individuals on an order. One check will be accepted. A $35.00 service fee will be charged on all returned checks.
A returned check on an order will cause the entire order to be pulled from production and placed on hold until payment is resolved.
Cancellations are not accepted for custom manufactured items once an order has been placed into production.
RETURNS, CORRECTIONS, AND EXCHANGES
Azarhia LLC guarantees its merchandise against manufacturing defects.
We will be happy to correct any workmanship defects if we are notified within 14 days after the shipment is received. However, if the items are custom-made to your specific requests, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by a return form that will be issued from Azarhia LLC.
The following items are non-returnable or exchangeable:
- Custom-made products
- Worn or soiled products
Non-Custom items will incur a 15% restock fee on all non-custom exchanges or returns. They must be in resalable condition. Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging.
MANUFACTURING SCHEDULE & MINIMUM ORDER
Manufacturing schedules are approximate and are based upon receipt of your complete order and payment. Manufacturing time does not include shipping time.
- Custom-made shorts 6-8 weeks, 150 piece minimum
- Custom-made screen print or embroidered shirt 5-14 business days, 48 piece minimum
- Orders consisting of adult AND youth sizes are considered two separate orders due to the need for separate print screen sizes.
- In stock shorts adding Imprint 5-14 business days, 48 piece minimum
- In stock non-custom shorts & shirts ship 2-5 business days, 6 piece minimum per design, per color
All manufacturing schedules are estimated. We assume no liability for delays due to conditions beyond our control including delivery service delays, strikes, accidents, war, or other unavoidable impediments with raw materials and supplies.
ADDITIONAL ORDER POLICY
We will be glad to manufacture additional “add on” products.
Additional products ordered will be billed at the appropriate price for the quantity ordered and meeting minimum requirements.
Added or deleted products cannot be changed to any order once it is placed in production. Add-on orders will be considered a NEW ORDER and appropriate manufacturing time and shipping will apply.

Azarhia LLC designers may be able to create a custom-design shorts or shirts. There is a $50 per hour fee with a minimum of 1 hour.
